125 g Soft Butter or Margarine
2-3 tbsp. Hela Herb Butter Spice
Hela Ground Black Pepper
1 Dash of Lemon Juice
¼ TL Hela Chili Flakes
- Place the butter in a bowl for the herb butter and stir until frothy.
- Stir in the herb butter spice and season to taste with a little pepper, lemon juice and chilli.
- Fill the butter mixture into a small container and cool for at least 1 hour.
