Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
1 Onion, middle-sized
1-2 Cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
200 ml Tomato Puree
100 ml Hela Curry Spice Ketchup extra hot
- Heat the oil in a pot.
- Peel onion and 1-2 cloves of garlic, dice finely and fry in hot oil until the onion is glassy.
- Remove the seeds from the peppers, cut into cubes and fry briefly with the onion and garlic.
- Stir in 200 ml strained tomatoes and 100 ml Curry Spice Ketchup extra hot.
- Season the sauce to taste with salt and simmer until the desired consistency is achieved.
This sauce tastes particularly delicious with grilled meat or fish, hot or cold.
