Ingredients for 4 Persons

1 Onion
1-2 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
500 g Tomato Puree
2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
50 ml Hela Garlic Spice Ketchup
Hela Sea Salt
Hela Pepper
5 g fresh chopped Parsley

Preparation
  1. Heat the oil in a pot. Peel onion and cloves of garlic, chop finely and fry in hot oil until translucent.
  2. Add the strained tomatoes, tomato paste and Hela Garlic Spice Ketchup and simmer the sauce covered for about 15 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with salt and Hela pepper ground black and finally stir in. Decorate with finely chopped parsley.
  4. This tomato sauce tastes particularly delicious with grilled meat, fish and poultry or pasta.
