Basil freeze-dried 50 g

Basil, also known as royal herb, is the classic herb of Italy. Its sweet, spicy and slightly peppery aroma makes basil a versatile ingredient. You can use our freeze-dried basil dry, but we recommend to intensify the typical aroma and colour by washing it beforehand. Basil is particularly delicious with tomato dishes, or as a topping for pizza, pasta and Isnalata Caprese. Basilikum is also very fine in combination with antipasti, fresh balt salads, gnocci, vegetables, meat and poultry.
