Dill Tips freeze-dried 75 g

Our dried Hela Dill tips exude an aromatic-sweet fragrance with a hint of caraway. Dill is especially well known as an ingredient in aquavit, but you can also season it wonderfully. Dill tastes particularly good with cucumbers, whether as fresh cucumber salad or pickled cucumbers. Dill is also excellent with fish, beans and sauerkraut. Dill tips can also be used to create delicious herb Sour Cream, dips and herb butter.
Freeze-dried dill tips can be used dry or watered. The rehydration helps to intensify the typical dill aroma and green colour.
