Our Hela Italian Herbs are a naturally fresh blend of the most popular herbs of Mediterranean cuisine: oregano, savory, basil, marjoram, rosemary, sage, thyme. The intense scent of herbs is ideal for seasoning lasagne and pasta, light poultry dishes, aromatic herb butter, grilled or short-roasted meat. Italian herbs are also delicious with pizza and classic or vegetarian Bolognese sauce.
Our kitchen tip: Do not add the herbal mixture to the dish until the end of the cooking time, so that the aroma comes into its own. Of course, you can use the herbs dry, but the excellent taste and intense color is enhanced by swelling in a little vegetable broth or water.
