Hela Marjoram has a very strong, aromatic aroma. It is particularly suitable for tasting in classic German cuisine. Roasts, stews, minced meat, mushroom and potato dishes and casseroles with cheese benefit from the intensive seasoning. But marjoram is also popular in Italian cuisine on pizza or for pasta sauces. By the way, marjoram harmonizes perfectly with Hela Thyme and/or Hela Garlic. Like all our freeze-dried herbs, marjoram works dry , but we recommend the short sprinkling in water to develop the full aroma bouquet and fresh colour.
