Sweet Paprika is one of the most popular spices in our cuisine and impresses with its sweetish pungency and deep red colour. Noble-sweet paprika may not be missing traditionally in any goulash, but is just as delicious in many fish, rice or vegetable dishes. It is also suitable for side dishes such as cheese or chutney. We recommend sweating the pepper in not too hot fat before adding the remaining ingredients. This is the best way to develop taste and colour.
