Parsley is one of the most popular German culinary herbs. The intense natural aroma guarantees delicious taste experiences. Hela parsley leaves are carefully harvested and freeze-dried. They refine green smoothies, for meat, fish, poultry and potato dishes as well as stews. The herb is also used in parsley pesto, herb butter, meat and fish fillings and farces. Natural appearance, shape and intensive aroma are preserved in the best possible way during freeze-drying, which is gentle on vitamins and minerals. The parsley regains its natural character in seconds by absorbing moisture during cooking. This is also possible by prior rinsing. We also recommend adding parsley only at the end of the cooking time for a full aroma.
