Provence-Type herbs freeze-dried 80 g

The inimitable aromas and sun of France are in this classic herbal mixture. Rosemary, tarragon, thyme, chervil, marjoram and fragrant lavender are combined in this almond herbal blend. The full-bodied herbal note is simply good with Mediterranean dishes such as ratatouille, potato dishes, grilled meat, poultry or lamb. The herbs of Provence are also suitable for preserving olives, not to forget a classic Provençal Boullabaise is inconceivable without the herbal mixture. If you add the herbs of Provence to your food towards the end of the cooking time, the aroma can develop better. Put the freeze-dried herbs into some broth or water in advance, then you will lose their full bouquet and a wonderful green colour.
