Salad Herbs freeze-dried 75 g

Can be used for salads, dressings, dips, spreads, butter mixtures and mayonnaises.
Freeze-dried herbs may be added to the respective dishes in their dried state. However, soaking them prior to use will enhance their individual aromas. In addition, the rehydration reinstates their original colours. By adding Hela Salad Herbs to your respective dishes at the end of the cooking process- you will find that the full aroma and intensive taste of the Salad Herbs will be unheld.
