Björn Laue

Chaiman of the Board

In 1983 Björn Laue followed in the footsteps of his grandfather and father and took over the management of the family business. Today he heads the four-member Management Board and is responsible for production, quality assurance, purchasing and human resources

Michael Voigt

Managing Director

Michael Voigt joined Hela Gewürzwerk Hermann Laue GmbH in 2008 as Managing Director Finance. In his role, he is responsible for the strategic and operative orientation of the Finance, Controlling and IT divisions.

Alexander Laue

Managing Director

Alexander Laue has been a member of the Hela Management Board since 2013 and is responsible for the strategic development of the nine subsidiaries around the globe. As Managing Director for Hela International, he is also responsible for the export department catering to Hela’s BtoB range.
