Step 1
Application with your documents
The first step in the application process is to submit your documents. These usually include your cover letter to us, your CV and references and certificates relevant to the advertised position.
Step 2
Contact by the HR department & first meeting
After your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by the HR department. Together we will arrange an appointment for a telephone interview to get to know each other. During this brief conversation, we will exchange initial information about the position and your profile. You will also have the opportunity to ask initial questions about the company and the position, which we will be happy to answer.


Step 3
Invitation to the presentation

If the first meeting is positive, you will be invited to an interview. During this interview, your professional qualifications and experience will be discussed in detail.

Step 4
Feedback and contract offer
Once the interviews have been completed, we will make a decision. If you have convinced us and have also decided in favor of Hela, you will receive feedback with a contract offer. All important details and questions that are still open will be clarified here.


Step 5
Signing the employment contract
Once all the details have been clarified and both parties are satisfied, the employment contract is signed. This formal step seals your employment with the company. You will receive your copy of the contract and your application process is now complete.
