With us as management, we want to break new ground with heart and mind while remaining true to our values.
We steer the Hela ship through calm and choppy waters. Our crew is always our anchor, our navigator and our heart and we are proud of that.
As captains of our ship, our aim is to be competitive in the long term and to ensure the profitability of the company. Sophisticated technologies and many years of knowledge enable us to follow future-oriented paths. Our aim is to be efficient and passionate through flat hierarchies and proven expertise.

Alexander Laue
I started taking responsibility for the subsidiaries in 2013. German sales was added in 2020 and IT, financial accounting and controlling in 2022.
What questions do you deal with on a daily basis?
I deal with issues relating to employees and the further development of the company on a daily basis. I strive to achieve the goals of our management in an optimal and efficient manner. In addition to my responsibilities within the company, I also see myself as a link between the shareholders and the company.
Why do you do what you do?
I would like to leave a positive mark on the world. My management position gives me creative opportunities that I am happy to use to achieve this goal.
Klaus Pauly
Since 2022, as Managing Director and COO, I have had operational responsibility at Hela for the areas of Production, Technology, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Logistics, Purchasing and Human Resources.
What questions do you deal with on a daily basis?
With cost-cutting, maintenance and investment issues. By making the right decisions in the various areas, we want to continue to improve Hela step by step and thus further reduce costs. I want to further promote methods such as lean, CIP and 5S and bring them through the entire organization as a necessary optimization.
Why do you do what you do?
I really enjoy contributing my extensive experience in the food industry to Hela. I also enjoy working with people in a team. I therefore take on a lot of responsibility and play an active role in shaping the company.
