This is How the Preparation Works
Ingredients for 1 Persons
  • 150 g water
  • 60 g Hela Tomato Ketchup fruity
  • 50 g Vinegar of choice (5% acidity)
  • 50 g spice miracle herbs
  • 35 g rapeseed or sunflower seed oil
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Salt & Pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the whole pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and wash one half well. Cut the pumpkin into very very fine strips (approx. 1 cm thick). Then soak the pumpkin sticks in a bowl of water for at least 3 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.
  3. Dry the pumpkin sticks very well using kitchen paper, for example. Then mix with cornflour. Mix the oil with the paprika and garlic and also mix the pumpkin well. Then place the sticks at a distance from each other on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4.  Bake for a total of 50 minutes. After 25 minutes so that the pumpkin fries are cooked through on all sides mix the Parmesan with the chopped parsley and salt. Remove the pumpkin fries from the oven and sprinkle with the Parmesan mix. Serve while still warm with Hela Fruit Up ketchup while still warm.
