Ingredients for 4 Persons
  • 320 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 240 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lemon (abrasion)
  • Hela Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  1. First whip the butter with 180g sugar and the egg until creamy.
  2. Add the flour, the salt and the rosemary.
  3. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
  4. Next form the dough into rolls.
  5. Mix the remaining sugar with the lemon peel and roll the dough rolls in it.
  6. During this time the oven can be preheated to 180 degrees.
  7. Finally, cut the dough rolls into slices about 1 cm thick and spread them on the baking tray.
  8. Bake the rosemary cookies for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
