Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
1-2 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
500 g Tomato Puree
2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
50 ml Hela Garlic Spice Ketchup
Hela Sea Salt
5 g fresh chopped Parsley
- Heat the oil in a pot. Peel onion and cloves of garlic, chop finely and fry in hot oil until translucent.
- Add the strained tomatoes, tomato paste and Hela Garlic Spice Ketchup and simmer the sauce covered for about 15 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and Hela pepper ground black and finally stir in. Decorate with finely chopped parsley.
- This tomato sauce tastes particularly delicious with grilled meat, fish and poultry or pasta.
